Pilates a day keeps the Doctor away!

This winter will see our immune systems challenged with so many Flu’s and Viruses going around!  This led me to do some research around building a better defence against these nasty bugs.  Can Reformer Pilates help strengthen our immune system, well the answer is yes!

And if the instructors at Body Reformers start to smell like garlic, well you know why LOL !

Overall, Pilates can be a great way to improve your overall health and boost your immunity, so looking great is just a bonus this winter!
